Responsibilities
- Leads or supports the sales organization to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives.
- Initiates and implements performance improvement initiatives in coordination with the Business Unit.
- Engages actively with key customers to support Sales Representatives.

- Leads or supports the sales organization to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
- Initiates and implements performance improvement initiatives in coordination with the Business Unit.
- Ensures the delivery of both quantitative and qualitative business results.
- Drives and coaches the Sales Management system within the organization.
- Engages actively with key customers at the executive and senior levels to support Sales Representatives.
- Coordinates with the marketing Business Unit/Organizational Unit on customer activities such as events, product launches, and speeches.
- Coordinates cross-regional sales activities, including regional accounts and cross-border business.
- Regularly collects market information to maintain the Market Intelligence system.
