Job summary

A leading company in the IT/AV technology sector is seeking a Marketing Specialist to oversee a variety of marketing programs across the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

Job description

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for all spectrum of marketing programs, to lead and managed such programs include tradeshows, exhibitions, EDM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, display ads and content marketing across Asia Pacific region. The SMM will work closely with our Germany HQ’s Marketing team as well as our local Asia’s sales and technical team and channel partners to communicate our solutions and execute campaigns in accordance with company’s strategic goals.

Job Duties:

· Manage and drive marketing for both on-site (campaigns/events), and online marketing (social media, EDMs, website content)

· Create a wide range of marketing material and sales collaterals

· Initiate, lead, develop and execute on campaigns to promote and communicate on case studies on successful projects and new products launches

· Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and drive new sales leads

· Ensure successful execution of marketing campaign and related engagement activities, including exhibitions, events, training roadshows, 3rd party technology-collaborations and other discrete marketing efforts which may range from budgeting, coordinating and meeting vendors/partners/contractors, getting quotations, supervising events set up

· Conduct post-exhibitions reviews on the effectiveness and ROI of exhibitions

· Proactive engagement with our sales and technical team as well as our APAC regional partners to ensure marketing efforts achieve maximum outreach to quality target audience

· Development of company marketing and communications channel/materials, sales materials, exhibits and lead-generation programs

Qualifications:

· Diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/IT

· 5 years or more experiences in marketing/product marketing in IT/AV technology company

· Experience/Background in IT/AV products or IT/AV solutions preferred

· Strong communications and interpersonal skills

· Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding consistency, and content storytelling

· Familiarity with WordPress, Zoho CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus

· Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

· Good positive attitude and team player
