Purpose of the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in a 2-year rotational program involving tasks and projects across various business units and markets.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in areas such as business development and product management.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.
  • Learn and excel under the supervision of Executive Leadership.

What will make you successful?

Must-Have:

  • 5 to 8 years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
  • Full-time Professional MBA from a top global business school.
  • Asian nationality (from ZP main markets such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.) and willingness to mobilize within Asian markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
