About the role

As a Tour Inbound Operation, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing inbound tour packages for international travellers. This full-time role is based in the Tiong Bahru Central Region and offers a rewarding opportunity to work in the dynamic hospitality and tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise with overseas partners to plan and coordinate inbound tour itineraries
  • Manage the booking and confirmation process for tour packages
  • Ensure all tour logistics are arranged efficiently, including transportation, accommodation, and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tour participants throughout their journey
  • Monitor tour progress and make adjustments as needed to deliver a seamless experience
  • Maintain detailed tour records and prepare reports for management
  • Support the wider team with various administrative and operational tasks

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar tour operations or travel consultant role
  • minimum diploma in any discipline
  • Excellent command in MS office
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment & able to work independently
