Client Support Engineer
Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT infrastructure and systems.
· Perform installation, changes & decommission of IT hardware and software at client’s place
· Attending to IT helpdesk requests and resolving them through the HelpDesk ticketing system
· Assist first-level troubleshooting on software & hardware-related incidents, network connectivity, and operating systems application issues.
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, addressing technical issues and optimizing system performance.
· Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Oversee and assist clients during implementation, in terms of proper documentation and presentation.
· Maintain good customer relationships.
· Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.
Requirements
· At least a Diploma in Computer Science or related certifications
· At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
· Familiarity with network administration or IT administration
· Knowledge of operating systems, network architecture, and cloud technologies.
· Relevant experience in IT solution implementation, and support.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Contract Period : 1 year , able to start work on a short notice
Able to work on weekends if required
