Provide HR support and labor practices that contribute to the business growth of group companies in Southeast Asia. Plan and promote overseas HR strategies and systems supporting the group's global operations in collaboration with the Japanese headquarters.

Job Description
  1. Formulate and execute the group’s global HR strategy in collaboration with the headquarters.
  2. Provide HR services to approximately 30 group companies.
  3. Manage the HR team and secure appropriate resources.
  4. Support the establishment of the recruitment process.
  5. Assist in building career pathways.
  6. Support setting evaluation criteria and planning feedback processes.
  7. Provide training programs.
  8. Assist in planning compensation strategies.
  9. Plan initiatives to promote cross-cultural understanding.
  10. Support expatriate assignments and related operations.
  11. Plan and develop employee benefits.
  12. Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor regulations regarding HR.
  13. Collaborate with experts and legal advisors to mitigate HR risks.
Requirements
  1. Extensive knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry.
  2. Relevant university degree.
  3. Over 3 years of experience in HR operations.
  4. More than 10 years of practical experience in the oil and gas industry.
  5. Experience managing a team for 5 years or more.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to handle documents and communicate daily with colleagues and stakeholders at headquarters.
