What you will be working on:

• Understanding evolving problems and strategizing data and techniques needed to solve them.
• Developing machine learning models, tracking their effectiveness, and deploying solutions.
• Building and operating production systems with engineers.
• Presenting findings, gathering feedback, and refining analyses in collaboration with stakeholders while managing project timelines.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Social Science, or related fields, including relevant certifications.
• Ability to translate business use cases into analytical problems and identify suitable data sources.
• Proficiency in scripting for data preparation and analysis using modern tools and programming methodologies.
• Experience in cleaning, imputing, and correcting data anomalies to ensure high data quality.
• Skills in exploring datasets, applying statistical methods to discover insights.
• Proficiency in building machine learning models for pattern recognition and prediction.
• Ability to design visualizations to effectively communicate information.
• Experience in developing data visualizations from simple charts to complex, real-time tools integrated with data systems.
• Capability to translate analysis results into actionable recommendations and data stories for stakeholders.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in model deployment.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in agile project management.
• Experience in developing capabilities in others.
