Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, working passes and visas.
  • Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Process and reconcile travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Respond to travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide support for international and domestic travel planning.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on travel expenditures, budgets, and trends.
  • Assist with booking meetings and conferences as needed.
  • A junior PA role of project manager.

Qualifications:
