Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Management – Planning, Scheduling and Allocating Resources.
- Review mechanical drawings including verification of details.
- Monitor progress of fabrication and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project meets contract requirements, specifications and budget.
- Coordination of movement of parts required for production.
- Resolve all technical & manpower issues.
- Attend meetings with clients & other stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and inspectors to discuss technical issues when required.
- Handling progressive claims & final claims for variation orders.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and budgets for projects.
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to management.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management.
- Candidates without the necessary experience but with the right attitude may be considered.
- Proactive, meticulous & willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
- Class 3 Driving license will be a plus.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
Other Information:
- Work location: Tuas / Changi Airport.
- Company transport for Tuas Office Pick Up at Blk 978 Jurong West St 91, Gul Circle MRT and Chua Chu Kang MRT.
- 5 days work week.
