  1. Develop a Millet Menu accepted by Singaporeans and visitors, focusing on innovative and traditional millet dishes.
  2. Require 4+ years of experience in processing millets and cooking 100% millet-based menus.
  3. Familiarity with natural food, natural farming techniques, and natural food processing is essential, as we use chemical-free groceries, millets, and vegetables.
  4. Passionate about cooking healthy and traditional foods.
  5. Highly motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic with a commitment to building a robust team.
  6. Good culinary skills with knowledge of traditional millet vegetarian and continental cuisines.
  7. Ability to manage the kitchen according to authority requirements.
  8. Capable of communicating effectively and incorporating feedback to update the menu periodically.
  9. Connect customers with our natural grocery products, enhancing their experience.
  10. Prepare to oversee setup and operations across multiple outlets planned within 6 months to 1 year in Singapore.
