Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, manage, and facilitate Lean initiatives/programs across the Catering L&W Group from inception to implementation.
  2. Streamline existing processes and implement measures to improve service delivery, production, logistics efficiency, and operating costs through process engineering.
  3. Engage with Business Units to identify and select high-impact continuous improvement projects that add value or reduce costs.
  4. Champion the “KAIZEN” philosophy and promote Lean methodology adoption through training, coaching, mentoring, and leading improvement projects.
  5. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are on budget and schedule, develop stakeholder requirements into project charters, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Communicate project progress proactively with stakeholders and management, ensuring effective use of improvement tools and methodologies.
  7. Participate in digitalization and transformation projects, ensuring operational alignment across the group.
Key Requirements
  1. Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with an Industrial Engineering background.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, with at least 6 years in a Lean manufacturing environment.
  3. Hands-on experience in developing and driving Lean practices and fostering a Kaizen mindset.
  4. Preferably Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven Lean Six Sigma application skills.
  5. Strong team player with initiative, planning skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving performance.
  6. Effective cross-functional communication and leadership skills to motivate and influence others.
  7. Ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Versatile and organized.
