Construction Manager (Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure overall project management, including quality, cost, statutory, safety, environmental issues, and scheduling requirements.
2. Support the establishment of success criteria for the project, covering time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
3. Identify and communicate quality, safety, health, and environmental issues to the appropriate line managers.
4. Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems.
5. Manage implementation of master programme, manpower, materials, and plant schedules.
6. Handle project planning and produce detailed project plans.
7. Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
8. Manage change control processes.
9. Monitor and advise on project finances.
10. Manage project information flow with clients through meetings and reports.
11. Prepare master programmes and progress reports.
12. Interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages.
13. Identify opportunities for new business development with existing clients.
14. Input key learnings into the internal database.
15. Ensure prompt client invoicing and monitor financial status using internal systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience delivering high-tech projects, preferably in semiconductors.

Additional skills include dealing with multiple delivery partners, proficiency in local language and English, responsible management of end-to-end construction, strong on-site execution focus, team coordination, knowledge of construction methodologies, understanding of the local construction industry, excellent soft skills, negotiation, leadership, and accountability.
