A leading company in wholesale trade is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales processes, customer service, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR Management or Business Administration and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining the company's online presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales coordination processes, including customer service support, sales order entry, invoice management, goods procurement, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries; create new customer accounts and follow up on quotations with both existing and potential clients.
Provide general sales support as needed, including preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Process orders and maintain updates on the company website.
Update the company’s online presence with current promotions and offerings.
Assist walk-in customers when necessary, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
Support lead generation through cold calls and email outreach by introducing the company profile to new prospects.
Liaise with suppliers in Mainland China to coordinate and follow up on import/export documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High Integrity when handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge on Info-Tech system is an added advantage
