Job Description:

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters.
• Perform database setup, system setup, and resolve technical & design issues.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
• Perform basic setup of network switches, network checks, and IP address configurations of all network devices within the project.
• Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
• Proficient in databases, networking, Windows OS, and servers.
• Experience in IT management systems deployment or equivalent.
• Skilled in setting up database clusters, data backup, and recovery processes.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, data monitoring, and responsible for data security and personal data protection.
• Good skills in system and architecture design, with ability to draft professional documentation.
• Experience in analyzing tender requirements and supporting tender bidding.
• Knowledge of certification management, key management, and infrastructure services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, eG, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM, etc.
• Experience in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT procedures, and system deployment, staging tests, and production setup.
• Additional knowledge in SQL management studio, vulnerability assessment tools, software development, access control systems, and redundancy technologies is a strong plus.
• Other qualifications include being an independent and team-oriented worker, strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation skills, quick learner, good time management, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1800 hours.
