Job description

Job Scope:

• User Requirements Gathering
• Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop the future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and provide feedback on the Functional Specification Document (FSD) to ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts based on user requirements and FSD
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate the functionality of the core banking system.
• Document UAT results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration.
• Assist in the planning and execution of post-production rollout activities.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
• Identify potential risks and issues related to user requirements and testing, and develop mitigation strategies
• Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in user requirements gathering, BIA, UAT, and system implementation.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and banking operations.
• Immediate starters preferred
