Job Description

  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot server and network hardware
  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot cloud instances and micro-services
  • Configure, implement, and troubleshoot mobile & kiosk applications
  • Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for existing clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Redirect issues to other internal teams as required
  • Manage local IT infrastructure, including implementation, integration, and security
  • Implement security protocols, perform security testing, and establish backup procedures
  • Perform other technical duties as assigned

Skills Required

  • Diploma or degree in IT or equivalent
  • Recent graduates, soon-to-be graduates, or those re-joining the workforce are encouraged to apply
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • System administration including web servers
    • Network configuration including Wi-Fi routers and firewalls
    • Cloud administration (Google Cloud, AWS)
    • Web application support
    • Cybersecurity and penetration testing
  • Able to travel to clients’ premises after work hours for troubleshooting if needed (no shift work required)
  • Own a motorcycle for commuting to Singapore and/or other parts of Malaysia for on-site troubleshooting at client premises
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
