Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR related matters.
Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding, including new staff orientation, updating Company organization chart, staff access registration, clearance, etc.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
Process medical claims, insurance matters, and manage the administration of yearly employee health screening.
Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, surveys, and other related matters.
Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings at job portals, keeping track of manpower requisition forms, arranging interviews, and filling post-interview assessment forms.
Assist in company corporate events and provide support on HR and administrative matters.
Proficient in payroll systems.
Good knowledge in HR compliance & regulations.
Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
