Our client is an Asia-focused family office with presence in Hong Kong and Singapore. They are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join the team.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Support the investment team in overseeing a diverse global portfolio, including equity funds, ETFs, hedge funds, and private market funds.
2. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to identify and assess potential fund investments, aiming to lead in idea generation.
3. Analyze portfolio performance, benchmark against market trends, and manage risk while updating management on key insights.
4. Oversee fund subscriptions, track corporate actions, and inform management of significant developments promptly.
5. Assist with projects and initiatives to support investment operations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in finance or accounting, with at least two years of experience in fund analysis, specifically focusing on equities funds.
• Experience from a family office, boutique investment firm, or smaller setup is essential.
• Strong independent thinking and ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative risks.
• Excellent analytical skills, structured investment research approach, diligent work ethic, and strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in a small team.
• Experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
