They are constantly innovating to meet changing consumer needs and expanding their global market share. Currently, they are seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager (regional role) to support the growing needs of their business.
You will be involved in management reporting, including forecasting and budgeting. This role requires coordinating with regional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, reviewing and analyzing financial reports from different entities and regions, and liaising with these entities to understand variances. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing analysis schedules for financial review, assisting in the creation of management reports, and supporting system improvements. The company is technologically advanced, utilizing various platforms including visualization dashboards to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Candidates should possess a Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university. Experience with at least a few years in Big 4 firms combined with analytical work, or a minimum of 5 years of pure financial analysis, is preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in data analytics tools, automation projects, or dashboard creation will be highly advantageous.
