Job Description:
Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the department including typing, faxing, photocopying, distributing of mail or documents.
Handle and manage all WSQ & Skillsfuture programme related administration & logistics from pre to post programme.
Manage calendar and coordinate meetings.
Prepare departments monthly reports and ensure data are up to date.
Handle office supplies, procurement and vendor management
Support the execution of campaigns, workshops and other initiatives
Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Managementor equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
