Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist in crafting compelling job advertisements and sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and applications to identify strong talent
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments
Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
Provide support in employee communications and engagement initiatives
Address basic employee inquiries and promote HR programs
3. Compensation, Benefits & Policy Implementation
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Support annual review and performance management cycles
Collaborate on compensation benchmarking and analytics
Assist in executing HR policies and procedures across departments
Support cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
4. Learning & Development
Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records
Support the execution of employee learning programs and workshops
Gain insights into learning needs analysis and content development
Track training participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement
