We provide comprehensive consulting solutions, and middle and back-office support, to empower our clients with streamlined operations and cutting-edge strategies.

We are partnering with our client, a fast growing FX trading firm, to hire an experienced Head of HR to support their growing in the APAC region. This is a pivotal role supporting our business expansion across multiple markets, with a focus on building and managing high-performing sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand and translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insight on people-related matters and shaping a strong, performance-driven culture.
  • Drive organizational change and support business growth through proactive workforce planning and talent development.
  • Play a critical role in supporting rapid team scaling and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across APAC, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record in a business-facing HR role supporting fast-paced commercial teams, experience in the financial services, trading, crypto, fintech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, you are able to deeply understand business needs and translate them into impactful HR strategies and solutions.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency inboth English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively engage and manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders across the region.
