  • Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team performance targets.
  • Drive business growth by expanding market reach and delivering consistent sales results.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, property developers, and main contractors.
  • Introduce and promote product specifications to architects and developers for inclusion in project tenders.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to grow the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site project activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to arrange timely delivery of materials for project execution.
  • Monitor installation progress and ensure alignment with the approved project timeline.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage issue resolution, and track follow-up on rectification works.
