About the role
As an Account Executive (AP) at BELIFT PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's accounts payable operations. Based in the East Region, this full-time position will see you responsible for a wide range of accounting duties to ensure smooth and efficient financial management.
What you'll be doing
Managing the accounts of three entities
Process and record vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Generate AP aging reports, payment forecasts, and other financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the AP function
Provide support to the Accounting team as needed
What we're looking for
Relevant accounting or finance diploma/degree
At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
