Senior Product Strategy Planning Manager ( Automotive | Up to $11k basic)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
2. Lead the product management team, providing direction and mentorship.
3. Identify market opportunities and define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
5. Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
6. Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
7. Foster strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to guide product improvements.
8. Analyze product performance data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
9. Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
10. Propose and implement product strategy to meet the company's growth and revenue plan.
11. Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product management practices.
12. Any other duties or projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

[Must]

1. More than 10 years’ experience in the automotive electronics industry, preferably with product management or product marketing experience.
2. Product management/marketing experience in the automotive industry, especially in products such as display, infotainment, domain controller, internet of vehicles, ADAS, and/or autonomous driving.
3. Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
4. Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
