Job description

We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, particularly projects related to fiat wallets. These projects are adjacent to our core business, bootstrapped quickly, and involve a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components of scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure, and enhancing on/off ramp functionalities for multiple currencies across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full-stack development, propose architectural decisions, participate in design and code reviews, and implement products bridging Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
• Develop prototypes for new fiat payment networks or platform concepts proposed by you and the team.
• Take ownership of your projects, exploring new technologies and innovative solutions.
• Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems in large-scale backend infrastructure and web platforms.
• Maintain documentation of all code and functionalities.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Passion for building first-class products to solve real-world problems, with experience across various technologies. Self-motivated, quick learner, and a 'get things done' attitude.
• Humility to embrace better ideas, eagerness to improve, openness to challenges and new possibilities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Knowledge of financial domain and blockchain technology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance issues.
• Experience with web front-end development, especially React/Redux.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux.
• Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Golang.
• Understanding of global payment systems is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior positions.
