Responsibilities

Task Management

  • Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for enhancing product quality, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of quality-related challenges.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate future quality concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze product quality metrics to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to proactively manage potential quality risks.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with teams in engineering, manufacturing, classification bodies, and suppliers to uphold consistent quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on emerging quality methodologies and tools to enhance processes.
  • Review and analyze warranty data to support new product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend process and product improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Anticipate and address quality risks to prevent potential impact on products or operations.
  • Deliver regular updates and detailed reports to key internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of quality while ensuring cost control within allocated budgets.
  • Provide product familiarization to customers as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to operational areas to assess product performance and gather insights for improvement.

Interpersonal Management

  • Communicate effectively by actively listening, providing clear information, and delivering constructive feedback across all organizational levels.
