Customer Service Advisors x 2 (Automotive)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
- Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
- Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
- Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
- Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
- Preparation of quotation when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering)
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving license
- Candidate to have experience in Customer Service Roles in Automotive industry, possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
Location and Schedule:
- Alexandra,
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm,
- Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Compensation:
- Basic + Incentive + Allowance, 2 positions available
