- Executive support to Senior Management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims etc…
- Prepare reports, presentation materials and meeting agenda.
- Serve as a liaison between the management and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and strict confidentiality at all times
- Provide administrative support to cross-divisional teams as needed.
- Organize, plan and coordinate cross-divisional events and meetings.
Strategic Planning
- Support the management team in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive organizational growth and success.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and facilitate communication on strategic initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for strategic planning meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and documenting follow-up actions.
- Support in driving cross-divisional staff engagement initiatives, to cultivate a strong culture of camaraderie
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, preferably to C-suite executives or senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and proactively address potential issues.
