Our Young Leader Programme (YLP) offers promising graduates a unique 4-year journey to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become future leaders in Facilities Management and Real Estate Services. Through structured rotational assignments, you will gain comprehensive exposure to CBM’s diverse business functions, including Engineering, Environmental Services, Security, and Project Management.

The following track are available:
1) Assistant Technical / Property Executive
Responsibilities include:
Managing FM Projects and daily operational activities
Leading technical team in installation, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works,
Managing customer relations and business operation processes.
Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering /Project & Facilities Management, or its equivalent are welcome
Entry level candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
