This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Responsibilities
Manage HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business systems
Facilitate change management initiatives to support the adoption of new HR systems and processes
Analyse and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems
Provide training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and processes, making recommendations for improvements
Conduct regular audits of HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for HR system implementations and upgrades.
Support and team with HRBP to address management and employee queries.
Provide support in other HR events and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably with relevant experience on HR projects, digitalisation and systems
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with digital tools and platforms for HR management, preferably with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions
Understanding of cybersecurity principles related to HR data
