Overview

This premier Wealth Manager is poised for growth and is seeking a Group Head of Strategy and Commercialisation. This highly visible role involves close interaction with senior management.

Responsibilities

1. Report to the Group Head of Wealth Management, advising and supporting management in developing business strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
2. Provide strategic counsel to the CEO, senior management, business leaders, and functional heads on strategy across products, client segments, locations, and platforms.
3. Lead initiatives across organizational pillars to support strategy commercialisation, including new product development, go-to-market strategies, governance, technology adoption, and platform development.

Requirements

1. Strategy consulting experience with a top-tier firm or in-house strategy role within a leading wealth management firm.
2. Proven track record advising senior management with broad experience in strategy, products, COO functions, client relationships, program management, or business management.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly commercial, independent, a team player, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
