5 Days (Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Experienced in Luxury Condo and Landed projects

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and models for a variety of projects.

• Support the preparation of construction documents, renderings, and presentations.

• Participate in client meetings and design discussions.

• Conduct site analysis and research zoning, building codes, and materials.

• Work collaboratively with senior architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Assist in creating 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.

• Review and revise design documents under the supervision of senior team members.

• Maintain project documentation and organize digital files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience in architectural design.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong design and visualization skills.

• Good understanding of architectural principles and building systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
