Position: Full-Time Office Administrator (HR & General Affairs)
Salary: S$ 3000-3200, Negotiable (based on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to work on-site every day, ensuring smooth operations and handling daily matters within the company. This role includes a mix of administration, HR, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle HR-related duties such as attendance tracking, payroll support, and employee records
Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding of new employees
Manage office supplies, vendors, and company document
Support management with ad-hoc tasks and company-wide communications
Ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace
What We’re Looking For:
Singaporean/PR only
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
