We're Hiring! Full-Time Office Administrator & HR Support

Location: 200 Pandan Loop, CT Food Chain #01-09, Singapore 128388
Position: Full-Time Office Administrator (HR & General Affairs)
Salary: S$ 3000-3200, Negotiable (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to work on-site every day, ensuring smooth operations and handling daily matters within the company. This role includes a mix of administration, HR, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations

  • Handle HR-related duties such as attendance tracking, payroll support, and employee records

  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding of new employees

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and company document

  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks and company-wide communications

  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace

What We’re Looking For:

Singaporean/PR only
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
