About The Role

We are seeking a proven player-manager with strong communication skills to lead a high-performing sales team for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue, expand market share, and maintain relationships with key clients, including managing our top 5 accounts in the region.


As part of the APAC Sales Leadership Team, you will support Cirium's strategic priorities, aligning commercial efforts with global teams across Product, Consulting, Support, and Marketing.

About The Team

Our APAC team is rapidly growing, with a close-knit, innovative, high-impact sales organization. Our methodology emphasizes demonstrating value to clients and guiding them through their buying journey.

You will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of APAC, collaborating with regional leads in Japan, Australia, China, and India, and representing our sales team in regional operations.

Cirium is part of LexisNexis Risk Data Services, sharing sales methodologies and best practices across the group.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Planning (35-45%): Develop regional sales strategies, identify new opportunities, establish KPIs, manage top accounts, and maximize revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership (20-25%): Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.
  • Market Engagement (15-20%): Build relationships with clients and industry leaders, negotiate high-value deals, and represent Cirium at key events.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis (10-15%): Monitor sales metrics, analyze data for improvement, and support continuous learning and development.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven senior sales experience with tangible achievements, ideally in Aviation or Travel industry.
  • Charismatic leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
  • Customer-focused approach with a focus on delivering value.
