Your new company

Our client is a global semiconductor manufacturer, and is currently looking for a C&B Manager.

Your new role

The HR manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and headquarters' requirements, while also driving competitiveness in compensation packages through benchmarking and market analysis.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the yearly merit increment and appraisal process, proposing salary adjustments and bonuses, and executing payouts according to guidelines and budgets. The role also involves participating in annual budgeting exercises, staying up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes, and developing HR procedures and documentation. Additionally, the C&B lead serves as a liaison for HR initiatives and drives continuous improvement practices and HR projects within the organisation.

In addition to C&B responsibilities, this role also involves guiding the HR Administrator on Training & Development matters and overseeing employee training needs to enhance skills and career development aligned with business objectives. The role requires identifying training needs through competency-based analysis, sourcing and recommending development programs, and acting as an internal consultant to design and implement learning solutions that drive employee growth and business success.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years in a managerial capacity and preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related functions.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Well versed in SAP Systems will be an added advantage.
