1. Air Import Executive

• Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
• Basic Salary: $2500-$3500

Job Description

• Act as a single point of contact for Airfreight Import
• Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
• Follow up on urgent shipments proactively
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders like Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales
• Ensure customer expectations are met and documented in SOP
• Conduct Regular Business Reviews with customers – MBR or QBR
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior
• Handle End-to-End processes including Billing
• Follow up with customers on billing disputes

2. Air Export Officer

• Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
• Basic Salary: $2500-$2800

Customer Service Interaction

• Provide friendly and reliable service to customers
• Provide flight details within 1 hour of booking
• Check export documents for compliance
• Apply correct export permits and process customs timely
• Answer all calls within 3 rings
• Monitor onboard status and inform customers of irregularities
• Maintain good communication with departments like Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning
• Ensure airfreight rates are correct and updated
• Stay updated on airline and governmental requirements
• Submit monthly customer reports on time

3. Freight Planning Executive (Air Freight Planner Exp Required)

• Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
• Basic Salary: $2500-$3500

Job Description

• Monitor and plan space for shipments to maximize efficiency
• Follow up on freight status and update relevant parties
• Coordinate with airlines on rates, tracking, and inquiries
• Create, maintain, and review rates with customers and carriers
• Ensure timely shipment completion and uplift with agreed rates
• Produce progress and profit/loss reports for stakeholders
• Handle RFQ and tenders
• Coordinate with sales to provide optimal solutions
• Know all buying/selling rates from customers and airlines
• Plan BUP shipments for consolidation
