Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day procurement processes for drugs and consumables

• Coordinate transportation, and delivery of products while adhering to Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Manage import/export operations and ensure timely dispatch of goods

• Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and minimize waste through effective inventory management systems

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing meets production timelines, cost targets, and product specifications

• Manage supplier performance and establish metrics to monitor supplier delivery, quality, and cost

• Support cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and strategic supplier partnerships

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. HSA, MOH)

Requirements:

• min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field

• Experience in oncology or handling oncology drugs and consumables is advantageous

• Experience in procurement processes

• Exposure to pharmacy processes and stock management
