Job description

Job Summary

Gushcloud is seeking a visionary and strategic Creator Venture Program Head / Director to lead the investment origination, evaluation and structuring for top-tier digital creators globally, as part of the Creator Venture Program. This role will be based in Singapore and will work closely with Gushcloud’s country leadership teams, who identify and source creator candidates, to assess their invest ability and structure win-win deals. The position also manages senior relationships with capital partners and requires a deep understanding of corporate finance and digital content monetization, including royalties in the music and entertainment industries.

You will report to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Key Responsibilities

Creator Investment Evaluation & Deal Structuring

  • Collaborate with Gushcloud country leaders to identify and source potential creator investment targets.
  • Lead the review and assessment of sourced creators by analyzing financials, revenue streams, IP potential, and brand alignment.
  • Structure and negotiate investment deals to optimize returns for Gushcloud and the creators.
  • Evaluate royalty flows, licensing structures, and digital asset ownership, especially in music and entertainment.

Partnerships & Fund Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with capital partners.
  • Co-develop and execute investment vehicles or funding models focused on creators, intellectual property, and royalty streams.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between Gushcloud and financial partners regarding creator investments.

Representation & Portfolio Growth

  • Coordinate with internal talent and representation teams to onboard invested creators into the Gushcloud ecosystem.
  • Support monetization strategies, IP expansion, and brand development for venture-backed creators.
  • Drive long-term value creation and strategic growth for invested creators’ businesses.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration

  • Lead a lean team focused on deal evaluation, investment structuring, and creator venture performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, talent, and strategy teams to ensure smooth deal execution and integration.
  • Support internal reporting, performance analysis, and long-term strategic planning for the Creator Ventures portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or entertainment finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of creator economy dynamics, digital asset monetization, and royalty/licensing structures (particularly in music or entertainment).
  • Proven experience negotiating or managing investments in talent, IP, or digital media assets.
  • Strong network within finance, media, and creator ecosystems.
  • Highly proficient in deal modeling, financial analysis, and commercial negotiation.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with executive-level stakeholders.
