Description:
The IT Automic Automation Specialist will be a member of the IT Service Management team. The specialist is primarily responsible for automating jobs using the Automic tool, gathering requirements from various IT specialists, and implementing solutions in the Automic environment.

Professional and Technical Skills:
• 7-10 years of experience with Automic Automation or similar job scheduling systems as a workflow developer.
• Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4).
• Processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
• Advising IT service owners on workflow automation best practices.
• Good knowledge of Unix, Java, and Shell scripting technologies.
• Understanding of IT operations and related processes.
• Experience in technical requirement analysis, planning, and coordination.
• Exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
