Support daily operations of the pawnshop.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers with transactions and inquiries.
Learn and follow company policies and standard procedures.
Assist in inventory management – including receiving, pricing, and arranging merchandise.
Conduct basic appraisals of items brought in for pawning (training provided).
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Attend training sessions and workshops to build industry knowledge and skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving setting.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in retail or financial services is a plus.
