Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations of the pawnshop.

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers with transactions and inquiries.

  • Learn and follow company policies and standard procedures.

  • Assist in inventory management – including receiving, pricing, and arranging merchandise.

  • Conduct basic appraisals of items brought in for pawning (training provided).

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build industry knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving setting.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
