Overview

Your Mission: We are currently seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our Sales team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in e-commerce, with additional experience in CRM considered a valuable asset. This role will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of e-commerce strategies aimed at driving business growth and enhancing the online presence of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end revamp e-commerce platform, enhancing design, user experience, and customer journey.
  • Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce growth strategies that boost sales, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including site performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service excellence.
  • Work closely with logistics and product teams to streamline fulfilment, ensure inventory accuracy, and guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Utilize customer insights and analytics to identify friction points and develop solutions for a superior online shopping journey.
  • Collaborate across marketing, logistics, IT, and merchandising departments.
  • Manage budgets, forecast, and prepare detailed performance reports covering traffic, conversion, revenue, and delivery metrics.
  • Stay on top of digital commerce, customer experience, logistics, and confectionary industry trends.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of robust e-commerce management experience—ideally with consumer physical products, direct-to-consumer delivery, and proven site revamp projects.
  • Deep expertise in customer journey design, website refreshes, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms (Preferred with Shopify experience and Dynamics 365).
  • Demonstrated experience working with logistics teams to optimize online order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Energized by innovation, continuous improvement, and delighting customers with exceptional product experiences.
