• Manage online sales channels across major marketplaces, ensuring smooth operations and accurate product listings.
• Oversee inventory and content updates to maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Plan and execute impactful online campaigns, including mega sales events and product launches, in collaboration with local teams.
• Work with marketing teams to deliver engaging campaign assets that boost visibility and sales.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and ROAS, creating reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities through competitor benchmarking and data-driven analysis.
• Recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and country teams to strengthen brand visibility and align on e-commerce goals.
