What You'll Be Doing

As a eCommerce Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team, focusing on driving performance across our online sales channels. This role requires hands-on management of our digital storefronts both in Singapore and across international markets (but not limited to):

  • Managing the online channels for Singapore and our overseas markets. Take full ownership of end-to-end eCommerce Operations – including product listings, campaign planning and execution, digital marketing initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Driving online sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring high listing quality and ranking across platforms.
  • Providing timely and professional customer service to online shoppers.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Working with the Design Team to develop engaging product visuals and campaign assets.
  • Coordinating with live streamers, influencers, and affiliate partners to expand online reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in eCommerce sales or digital retail operations
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with an eye for visuals and consumer appeal
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Renumeration commensurates with experience.
