Our ecommerce business plays a key role in driving international growth and connecting with beauty enthusiasts worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our online channels. This role is key in driving performance across e-marketplaces and our own brand.com.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day ecommerce operations, including inventory management and customer service.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics such as sales and traffic trends.

  • Support sales growth by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute online campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective e-merchandising and compelling content for an optimal customer experience.

  • Conduct competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

  • Assist in implementing new ecommerce initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and create brand collaterals and visuals for ecommerce platforms - homepage banners, EDMs, etc

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations or management.

  • Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
