Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales/ Retail (Pet Shop)
• Position Title: eCommerce Sales Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Near to MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday, 8:30AM-6PM, Tuesday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee our online e-commerce platforms and other digital sales channels, including order handling, processing, and stock level updates.
• Develop and execute engaging online promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and maintaining regular, open communication.
• Identify potential business strengths and generate sales opportunities to expand our presence in the pet industry.
• Ensure accuracy across all product listings, thoroughly checking and cross-referencing information online.
• Generate and process delivery orders, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and optimize e-commerce strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in sales related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms
• Solid understanding of e-commerce business operations.
• Excellent communication, analysing and presentation skills
• A collaborative team player who excels in a multi-tasking environment.
