The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Project Manager (Korean-Speaking) for their online initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience driving eCommerce or online platform projects, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- The role will start off as a 2 years contractual assignment (renewable).
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in eCommerce, consulting, or consumer electronics industries.
- Proven experience working within a PMO environment with strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and processes.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across global, regional, and local teams.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
- Native Korean language is mandatory as this role will work very closely with native Korean stakeholders (both verbal and written).
Job Description
As part of the Regional HQ, you will play a critical role as a Project Manager responsible in executing key online initiatives by:
- Developing detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Managing end-to-end project delivery including checkout enhancements, UI/UX improvements, and system upgrades.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Tracking and reporting on key eStore KPIs such as revenue, ROI, conversion, and retention.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to recommend improvements and optimize campaigns.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and project status updates.
- Ensuring adherence to project governance and best practices to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Preparing clear, concise project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Acting as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication across teams and external partners.
- Building strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and business goals.
