A leading company in specialty retail seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive growth and optimize performance across their online platforms. The role includes developing strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while leveraging tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
Drive the day-to-day performance and long-term growth of Redmanshop.com.sg and LePetitDepot.com to maximize revenue and profitability.
Develop and execute tailored eCommerce strategies for each brand, aligning with commercial objectives and marketing calendars.
Identify and implement digital growth initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Optimize UX/UI, mobile responsiveness, site speed, and checkout flows across both platforms.
Manage product catalogues, pricing, inventory tagging, and promotional updates in collaboration with merchandising and creative teams.
Work with IT and external developers to troubleshoot and enhance platform capabilities (Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom solutions).
Track and analyze eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment) using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar.
Lead A/B testing, UX experiments, and site improvements to boost conversions and reduce bounce rates.
Oversee SEO strategies and collaborate on paid media tracking for performance optimization.
Partner with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.
Support new category launches, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty program integrations.
Coordinate with supply chain and product teams to maintain accurate stock levels and fulfillment readiness.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on DTC eCommerce management experience, preferably in FMCG, grocery, or specialty retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
Experience with ERP, warehouse, and payment system integrations in Singapore.
Proficiency in Shopify & WordPress CMS, with experience in Google Analytics, GTM, Klaviyo, and Meta Business Manager.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX/UI best practices, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
