Job summary

InternSG is seeking an energetic livestream host to drive online sales across major marketplaces. You will host engaging livestream sessions, showcase products, and respond to customer questions while updating listings on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.

You will support campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness. Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Comfort with camera and livestream hosting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Host livestreams on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other platforms (approx. 2 hours/day).
• Showcase products, interact with customers, and answer live enquiries.
• Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.
• Support online campaigns, promotions, vouchers and bundle deals.
• Monitor online orders, product information and basic sales performance.
• Assist with social media content, product highlights and promotional materials.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent online customer service.
• Work closely with the marketing team to grow online sales and brand awareness.
• Perform other ad-hoc e-commerce duties as assigned.

• Previous e-commerce or livestream experience is a bonus, but not required.
