Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and organised Ecommerce Fulfillment & Merchandising Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing baby and children’s product business. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain experience across ecommerce, logistics, and retail merchandising. You’ll play an important role in getting our products — from baby food to clothing and shoes — into the hands of families through smooth order fulfillment and attractive in-store displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the processing and packing of online and trade sales orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate deliveries to retail stores including stock handling and transport
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update product availability across online platforms
  • Monitor sales performance and manage stock movement across different locations
  • Participate in promotions and marketing efforts, including setting up and maintenance of in-store or event displays
  • Communicate internally, with logistics partners, and retail outlets to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as stock packing, delivery, and display setup
  • Interest in the baby and children’s product industry is a plus
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or logistics is helpful, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or basic inventory/order systems is an advantage
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred (if delivery duties are required)
